Terms & Conditions
1. Scope
These terms govern every order placed with ELEMNT MC — Carlos De Oliveira Bardote, sole trader, 2 route de Nice, Villa Augusta, bâtiment G, 06320 La Turbie, France (RNE and RCS Nice, SIREN 106 689 540) — a house specialising in the exclusive luxury customization of high-tech products and premium accessories. Placing an order implies full acceptance of these terms.
2. Orders and bespoke pieces
Each piece is customised to order. An order is confirmed once the specification has been agreed in writing and the agreed deposit has been received. Bespoke pieces are, by nature, non-standard and cannot be resold as new.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are quoted individually and confirmed in the written estimate. Pieces marked “on request” are priced after study of the requested materials and finishes. Unless agreed otherwise, a deposit is payable on confirmation and the balance before dispatch.
4. Lead times and delivery
Lead times are indicative and depend on the availability of materials and the workshops involved. Pieces are shipped insured, or handed over in person in La Turbie by appointment.
5. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the rules applicable to goods made to the consumer's specifications, the right of withdrawal does not apply to customised pieces.
6. Warranty
Customisation work is warranted against defects in workmanship. Manufacturer warranties on original devices may be affected by customisation; this is explained before any work begins.
7. Confidentiality
Client identities, specifications and designs are never published or reused. Every edition is closed once delivered.
8. Governing law
These terms and any contract concluded with ELEMNT MC are governed by French law. Failing an amicable settlement, any dispute shall be brought before the competent French courts. A consumer may, in accordance with the applicable rules, bring proceedings before the court of the place where they resided at the time the contract was concluded or where the damage occurred.
